Return Policy & Cancellation

  • Returns are only accepted if product is in saleable conditions and product packaging is not tempered, Refund will be credited to customers bank account within seven working days.

  • Users / Customers are eligible to cancel in the following cases :

    users can cancel the order on aestheticaquariums.com within 24 hours.

    If the order is for live fishes and plants then user cannot cancel the order for any reasons.

    Refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 working days after cancel the order.
